I think that for communications 11 I deserve an 80% because i have attended 98% of my classes, missing only a few due to illness and i have 70% of my assignments done, why only 70% you may ask? Well only 70% because, well for one i'm doing my midterm mark, like two weeks late, but also i didn't do my song assignment. I didn't do this assignment because i couldn't find a song that i could relate to, iv'e always had this problem even in grade eight when i had to do this assignment, I still could't find a song, so i just didn't do it. sure i could have B.S-ed my way through it, but i didn't want to hand in something that said "I chose this song because the person who sung it was a guy like me", Sure i could have half assed it like some people (Ryley) But at that point, its not worth doing.
I spend about 85% of my time on topic, sure i find myself playing that stupidly addictive bubble game, but hey, who hasn't. I have to admit that my self regulation could use some work, i mean i'm only getting 50% in it, but it's one of those things that i'll have to work on, and as for quality i think i deserve a 95%, now before you say anything hear me out, i do my assignments to the best of my abilities, but i don't always do them, theirs a fine line between quality and, well, completeness and i chose quality, its like i said before if i don't do it well the i don't believe it's not worth doing, and i know that's a bad philosophy and that's something that i'll have to overcome for example, i didn't think that my tattoo assignment was very well done, but i knew that if I didn't post it i would have less complete, but i think that I may have done a few good blogs.
Just for the record this wasn't done on time because i'll be the last one to put myself on a high horse, unless im joking, but in this case i have to be serious and I don't like complementing myself because i feel so conceded, and I don't like it when other people do it (so please stop bringing up my awesome blog post that i linked above) for example, one time when in was at camp all 150 people that were there sung me happy birthday and gave me a giant birthday pie, sure my birthday supplied awesome cake, but when they were singing I just wanted to get the heck out of there, don't get me wrong i like attention, but I don't want to be glorified, I don't know where i got this from, I guess it was just the way I was raised, or maybe it was just me seeing all the douche bags saying how great they were and i just remember how much i hated them and i didn't want to be that guy because im one of those people that wants everybody to like them, which is weird, but i guess being liked and getting attention are two different thing, when you have something nice to say about me, don't say it while im there, i guess i just want to be one of those people who when they get asked about they say "oh yeah he's really nice but he keeps to himself but at the same time looks out for other people" but maybe that's my crazy dream, super long run on sentence over.

Gladiator
Today in class, we watched a movie called "Gladiator"and i was thinking about about how people see him and how he really is. Maximus was a general who became a slave and was forced to fight to the death in an arena. As soon as he entered the arena he became a bloodthirsty killer defying the king at every turn, but outside, he was just a farmer. Maximus wasn't who everyone thought he was, but he was who he had to be to survive, if everyone thought he was some sort of pansy farmer then the crowds wouldn't have cared if the emperor killed him or not, then he would never get his revenge. when he wasn't on the battle field he made allies that would help him to help him obtain his ultimate goal of killing the emperor and the people would never want to team up with somebody who would probably stab him in the back so he could be his true self when he wasn't fighting, but he needed to adopt a persona that would help him survive so he could get what he wanted.
Maximus wasn't the only person who disguises his self, another person that does it is Brian Hugh Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson. Marilyn manson created his name form two famous people, actress Marilyn Monroe and ultiple murder convict Charles Manson, Which tells you a little bit about him. Marilyn Manson is a singer who sings "Shock Rock" and if you dont know what that is, heres an example
On stage Manson seems to be a hardcore punk rocker who doesn't really care about anything and has a F the world policy and never graduated grade 10, however if you get him off the stage, without thousand of screaming fans he is accually, intelgen, well rounded and very nice. as you can see in this clip form "Bowling for Columbine"

As you can see from this video, Marilyn Manson knows what he's talking about, but just by watching the first video, you'd never know, so the question is, why? Why would he dress up like some sort of Goth, punk rocker when he's very intelligent? Because music sells better. Plain and simple. If he dressed up like a normal person, singing normal music, people wouldn't buy his songs, they would have no one to look up to. Normal has been done, its played out, people think if a man that weird can be so successful, then they will fell less weird and more confident with themselves, and feel more comfortable with who they are.

My Presonality
To day i took a test as to what my personality is and according to the test it says i am introverted, i like thinking I'm intuitive and perceiving, and i have to say, i mostly agree with what the test says. The test claims that i like to keep to myself, I'm not socially inclined, abstract, deep, rational, critical, care free and adaptable and it says that one of the careers that would be good for me is lawyer, and actor which are two careers that i am interesting in pursuing. As for the rest of it, i am very antisocial, i like to think, i'm very imaginative but i will work with people if i have to. The only thing i don't agree with is that it says that i am like Brian Griffin and i really don't like him, i don't see how we are alike, but if there is one thing that spending time on the internet has taught me is allays trust every thing you read on the internet, its all true, all of it.

The future
Ten years, ten years is a long time, a lot can happen, people drift apart, get jobs, get girlfriends, boyfriends, married, they might even become famous. I don't know what's going to happen, to be honest, i haven't thought a lot about it, but i think in 10 years i will hopefully be living with my two best friends in a three bedroom apartment. As for a job, i hope to be an entertainer, and in my spare time, i probably wouldn't play video games even though i love to do so, in my spare time i would probably watch Netflix all day, clean the house (because i'm probably the only one who will) and probably read. Other than that i don't have a lot of plans, but i am preparing for the zombie apocalypse.
